R7 3700x/RTX 2080 super or i9 9900k/RTX 2070 super

Hello, so as the title says... which one is the better option for gaming and a little bit of video editing/photoshop in the future? My rez is 1080p 144hz.

3700X + 2080 will be better in virtually every scenario. Not to mention cooler, more efficient and more secure.

I'd go Ryzen, it's definitely better value nowadays.

I'll go with an aftermarket cooler, i know the wraith is good but i want better cooling. I just wanted to know which option is better in terms of performance so thank you

I wasn't talking about coolers - the 9900K outputs a LOT more heat than a 3700X. So much so that you usually need to up the cooling on it.
