error while installing apps from store

When im trying to install something from the Microsoft store it says error

when im trying to open a picture with microsoft photos it says erroe

when i trying to open a video with films and tv it says error

what can i do?

try to update windows with windows update.

when im trying to use this tool to upgrade it says that my version is not supported

it shows me that the program is not even installed

how is this possible and what can i do?

i fixed that with system restore but now i get errors while im trying to install apps from here
do you know how can i fix it?

This might help. 0x80073CFE will occur if the package repository is corrupted. Maybe try setting up a different account and downloading the apps on there. It worked for the guy from that link so it may work for you aswell. If not, try other methods from that post.

so i switch accounts and just download it?

and when i switch back to my normal account it will be ok?

i switched the account on my microsoft store but i still get the error

@Motooo and I supplied links that explained you have to reset the store cache, did you try that?
