I bought shorturl.at/mKPQX and my pc isn't detecting it for whatever reason.

It has two modes which are red and blue, red is receiving and blue is transmitting. I plugged it into my pc and I cant connect anything to it. In device manager there is no Bluetooth section.

I downloaded this yesterday but nothing shows up in device manager still... I am trying to connect airpods if that helps! Also should I have transmitter or receiver mode on?

Go to Device Manager while the adapter is plugged in. Do you have any hardware with "conflicts"? What shows up in the Bluetooth section?

Theres no bluetooth at all unless its something else...

The link you posted has the option to choose 2 different Bluetooth devices. Which one are you using? The one with the "aux adapter" or the "plug and play pc"?
