Suspended csgo.exe's in background

I have two csgo.exe's running in the background and it says they are suspended, i dont know what to do about this, its making me unable to play on third party matchmaking services.

Are you saying the process is automatically restarted after you reboot your PC?

Well, if you didn't place it in autostart then I'd say running a virus scanner is probably a good idea.

Always could try verify integrity of game files or reinstall the game
