No POST scenario

Hi guys!

 

I am in desperate need of your help. I am based out of Mumbai, a city which is under complete lockdown, and my PC just died on me a couple of days back. The MB shows code 00 which the manual suggests should get fixed by reseating the CPU. You must have noticed though in the video that my RAM sticks aren't lighting up either. Somehow the CPU cooler and Chasis fans are functioning now so it gives me some hope. Is there anything that I can try out without damaging the components? Please advise. Thanks in advance!
