How to use a old phone as a Bluetooth receiver

I want to play Twilight princess using a PS4 Controller. I have beaten the game like this once already, and I still have the ROM, but my computer no longer has a Bluetooth module for it to connect to. Is there a way to use a old phone to function like a USB Bluetooth dongle. a Galaxy s7 edge that has been sitting in the closet gathering dust because a crack in the screen makes it think that a finger tapped the screen every minute or so when its on, so I have no other uses for it. And I know the latency wouldn't be the best, but its a old Zelda game. Not very latency dependent.

Yes you can use phones as bluetooth dongles, google Use a Phone As a Bluetooth Dongle and it should give you a number of walkthroughs that would do a lot better job of guiding you than I could do here.
