My pc lags.

Hello,

So like once per day, doesn't really matter what I do but most of the time on my desktop, my pc randomly lags HUGE, like it goes to 0fps and I cannot do anything. I move my mouse and after 10 seconds my mouse teleports to another part of the screen. I dont know what might be the cause of this. So , in conclusion my pc freezes hard like once per day and the only thing I can do is plug it out and after that everything works fine . Please help me fix it.

Cpu:Ryzen 5 3600

Gpu:msi trio Rtx 2080

Ram:2x8fb hyperxfury

Motherboard: b450 aorus pro

Power supply: corsair cx600.

Windows : 10 version 1907

^ This. Also i wouldnt try to run a cx600 with a 3600 and rtx2060. @LukeSavenijeCould this cause this problem?

The cpu usage is pretty low when on idle its less than 20% if I remember correctly.

I have my os installed on a SSD ,on this one: Intel 660p Series, 512gb, M2 80mm.

20% on idle?!,

That's a lot,it should be maximum 1%,

All of my PCs don't pass 1% usage on idle,even on my old i3 system from 2011.

Can you reply with a screen-shot of task manager on the processes tab?

I think I have them in slot 1 and 3. Chipset and video drivers are all up to date. Yea, I did, but I think im going to do it again . About xmp, I dont know, i didnt change anything.
