PC Wont POST after Windows Update

Hi All,

I have recently reset my old PC. after performing this everything was working fine and I went through the standard windows updates.

However upon reaching the last update (1903 I believe) my PC required a restart and following this restart the PC will no longer POST.

There is a static _ symbol which is not blinking and nothing will get me past this screen.

Everything was working perfectly prior to restarting, and the PC has not been moved/touched in between this.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try resetting coms

try taking the storage devive out and see if its the drives fault

also any overclocking?
