Samsung NU6900 TV picture problems

I just bought this from Best buy a couple weeks ago and I'm experiencing picture problems while watching TV. I haven't watched YouTube or digital movies on it to experience flickering. the cable television that I watch comes from a coax out of the wall but the picture distorts and almost looks like it's either recalling frames or frames are being misaligned. I may have described it completely wrong but I'm currently working on filming it so I can cut it together and post it on YouTube.

If the issue does not present itself while watching non-cable video, that suggests that the issue does not lie with the TV, though I don't know what specifically it could be. You could try

1. Try and cinch the coax cable down better on both ends

2. Look in picture settings? Maybe a resolution upscaling issue (Cable is not delivered in 4k)

You could also try getting a different coax
