The computer boots fine to Windows 10 but won't show splash screen or open bios (after clicking f2 or del). If I use those inputs to try to open the bios the computer just black screens (no signal on all monitors) until I restart it. Outside that the computer runs just fine after it boots to Windows.

It's just probably trying to show up on the wrong connector. You could temporarily remove both the GTX-cards, then it'd probably show up on the iGPU's output.

Spec list:

Z97 PRO-GAMER

i7-4790k

4x4 GB RAM

GTX 1080

GTX 660ti

What I've tried:

I've updated the display port drivers, I've swapped around the HDMI cables and display port cables around and plugged them in different combinations on the two different GPUs and also motherboard(iGPU).

Pre built, or home made?

Also, are you running a backlit keyboard with multiple USB plugs?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Hold the shift key, go to start, power, restart. Release the shit key and you will be prompted to a menu, select restart in bios
