I'd like something that's bang for the buck. Not too expensive, but will get the job done.

it's a locked CPU so you're not getting any benefit from a better cooler, what is your goal in replacing the stock cooler?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

My wife has the same CPU & is using an older Zalman cooler. Not sure the model, but it's one of those radial-flower looking ones with the small glowing fan inside. Her CPU never gets above 60°c and it's in an older Enthoo Evolve ITX, with only the single 200mm front fan & one 140mm fan in back.

She's got an MSI GTX 970 in there too.

If noise or looks aren't issue, best budget solution would be to change new aftermarket paste on it. If you actually want to get cooler, Cryorig M9i is cheapest option I would pick https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/LPVBD3/cryorig-cpu-cooler-m9i
