EVGA 500w Power Supply

Damn did you get almost the lowest end PSU that EVGA makes

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I left plenty of room to upgrade down the road and also wanted to keep a nice budget. Plus I'm brand new to the pc world, so forgive any oddities.

Nice. My system I've spent about the same amount on but I have 16GB of 2666mhz SkHynix DDR4, a Ryzen 3 2200G OCed to 3800mhz, a R9 Fury overclocked to 1115mhz, a thermaltake cybertron prebuilt pc case, 250gb hdd, 500gb hdd, 128gb nvme 2 lane ssd. 1 120mm cheapo blue led fan. I also used an overkill AsRock X470 SLI/AC motherboard. So my system is stronger graphics wise but weaker cpu wise.

Oh and an 850 watt Rosewill Photon 80+ gold fully modular power supply. My system does not look nearly as pretty though.

That sounds like an awesome setup! I do a little video editing with Premiere Pro as well as gaming, so i wanted a good balance between the two

I do video editing as well. I haven't yet got the CPU I want for my machine (2700x) because the coronovirus has made the price of the 2700x skyrocket to over $200 which is really annoying because I don't want to buy a Ryzen 5 3600.

Yah I was about half way through purchasing parts when everything started getting more expensive on Newegg. Luckily the Micro Center close to me still had most of the good prices still listed.

very true. what sucks is shipment is taking twice as long for everything and im stuck finding a computer store but best buy is always an option. not the best. but an option.
