I'm building a PC for a friend with a budget of 1500$ after tax (tax being 15%), does this look alright? They want a solid MOBO and power supply for upgrading purposes but everything else is just aiming for 1080p60 high/ultra for the next 3 years.

Uh... Yeah I'd say that a solid PSU LOL!!! Way overkill for this build if we're being honest, but other than budget, the only argument is you'd only really need the 550w version even if you upgrade the GPU in the future (just to save some cash)

May I suggest changing the SSD, PSU and getting your Windows 10 license elsewhere and use the money to get a 5700XT?
