First time pc build

1. Budget & Location

My budget is around 2,000 $US but I am willing to spend a little more than that for better performance and I live in Puerto Rico.

2. Aim

I plan to use it mostly for gaming. More specifically games like Warframe, Ark and some shooters. It should also be able to run Photoshop or sketchbook smoothly.

3. Monitors

As far as monitors I was thinking id go for some sort of ultra wide display. I don't really know much at all about pc's, but is it possible to get a machine capable of running most games at 1440p 100+ fps for this price range?

4. Peripherals

I need a keyboard, mouse, monitor and headset but I am completely lost on what to get.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I figured it was time I switch from console and I need a better computer to work on my designs because my yogabook lags quite a bit any time i get above like 5 layers on sketchbook.

thanks in advance

I don't know the best mouse and keyboard to get, but this parts list should be pretty decent, considering your budget. It leaves some room for some decent options for peripherals.
