There’s a lot of information in regular news about this.  Systems differ drastically by area.  I suggest you research locally.  Information from Ireland or new you’re won’t help much if you liv, for example, in Texas.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
