Can low MS repeat macro damage hardware?

For example in mouse software(logitech) you set repeat while pressed at 10ms and the whole macro sequence totals at 30ms. Could this damage the motherboard or other hardware? I know that if you for example set total macro time to be like 3 ms and then hold down the key, the computer gets overloaded and starts to lag while its processing all those thousanda of clicks..

Hardware does not get damaged by that many clicks.
