Stuck at Dell logo

Hello,

I recently installed mac os mojave as a hackintosh on my dell laptop, everything went great and I was able to boot into macOS couple of times. Then I decided to install usb tethering drivers and restarted the os. Since then my laptop shows me the dell logo and the loading bar doesn't progress. 

Ive tried pressing the bios and boot option menu keys but all it does is highlights the option.

I cannot get into the bios or the boot menu.

Please help

Pull out the hard drive to see if it can get into the bios

 

If it can then reformat the hard drive and start over
