Hi all, I was wondering if you could look over the parts I've picked out to build my first gaming pc. I tried to go for quality components yet affordable. I just want to know if what I have it the most optimal. Thanks for any feed back.

I am also confused on the storage and if i need to buy two types? Or if one is needed and would it be best to buy an external storage?

I'd get a cheaper cooler and spend the money saved on a 3600.

I'd also just get a 2TB SSD instead of two drives.

The system is good but you don't need to buy 2 SSD's and an external SSD. The idea is that you buy one ssd where you install the OS and programs plus games that you play most often because the SSD helps improve snappiness in programs and loading times in games. And then you buy one hard drive usually 2-3TB where you store the rest of your things like games. The reason you do this is because hard drives are far cheaper. For example a 2TB 7200RPM hard drive costs around 50$ to 60$ which as you can see it's even cheaper than the Crucial MX500 500gb solid state drive.
