Recommendation needed: 120mm AIO with long pipes

I just upgraded my workstation two weeks ago, and the i7-9700K CPU is having thermal problems. I am thinking AIO liquid cooling, but there is a problem: that machine is rack mounted. My current rack chassis does not have any liquid cooling provisions, but there are some cheap, industrial rack mount PC chassis that have one 120mm fan mount located at the front, opposite the PCIe slots.

 

I am wondering if there is any AIO liquid cooler that can sufficiently cool the 9700K with a moderate overclock, and has long enough pipes that can reach that fan mount.

4U or 2U? If its 4U, there should be plenty of heatsink solution that will fit and keep a 9700k cool. If its 2U, I don't know if a rad would even fit though? Either way, I would look into a better heatsink for a rack mounted build.

 

Also, define your workload and define thermal problems, What temps is it hitting?

My current chassis is 3U. I am already using it without its top panel as my GPU already fails to fit in there, and since it has no 120mm fan mount that won't float for an AIO anyway. Those cheap industrial chassis are all 4U job.
