Friends Budget Sc2 Rig

A friend is looking at a budget gaming rig he plays a fair ammouhnt of Star Craft 2 (mainly an RTS Guy) these are the 2 systems hes picked out

im leaning towards the intel rig because it has more CPU grunt and i think SC2 can only use 2 cores Atm Anyway but i am unsure, anyone have any thoughts

the disk drive isnt optional so all that can be done is drop the HDD down to 1tb and hope thats enough to cover the extra ram, its already over budget
