GSync & Freesync for Nvidia? Help !

I just purchased a 2080ti and i was wandering can i only use a Gsync monitor for maximum performance ( ie : also to reduce the screen tearing/ghosting )

or am i able to use the freesync monitors aswell?

Yes. Sort of. The problem is the “maximum performance” requirement.  You ask two different questions not one.  You can use them. It will work.  Nvidia performance with freesynch is not gimped if that is what you are asking.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I use a G-sync compatible TV with one 2080 ti and a Freesync monitor with the other. They just work.

G-sync is of course preferred, however some FreeSync panels are officially supported by Nvidia.
