Ugly is in the eye of the beholder.

In that sense, I could make something one might find ugly and another finds beautiful.

 

For example, some people would be adding products from the brand Yeston to an 'ugly PC', while I think they are quite good looking.

Also, do you mean ugly in appearance, or ugly in a more figurative sense, as in horrible disbalanced?
