Has iplayer defeated all vpn's ?

Hi i tried to find an free vpn to just check something quickly on bbc iplayer an news clip i wanted to see from last week but bbc iplayer saw through them all.

well because free VPNs are garbage. Not saying a paid one will always be better, but well...they are better.

ok well i don't really need one so thats why i tried the free ones or the free trials withouth having to put in any credit card info because i just wanted to check an single news item.

Obviously don't use free VPN's, but send me the link and I can check if PIA works. I mainly reserve my VPN for when I'm on an unsecured network.

I don't think it is.

 

I tried watching something else, but they detected that I was using a VPN.
