So, I have this gpu. Would it be worth it to put two noctua 92mm fans on this gpu, and if so, what method should I use? I've seen some people cut the frame from the fans, and some just zip tie them to the heatsink, so I'm quite curious.

btw, my gpu sounds like a server

As long as you are fine with the noise, I would say that the stock fans are fine. I have an RX 590, which is basically an overclocked 580, and the card is known for running a bit hot. My friend has a RX 580 as well and would say the same thing. Getting up in the low 80s is a normal thing, and you should't really worry about it. I would just leave it be as long as you can deal with the loud fans.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I know that the temperature is fine, but I can't handle the noise.

What are your temps? Have you tried lowering fan speeds?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

Temps are fine, around 70 C when gaming, and yes, I've lowered fan speed. I just don't like the pitch of the fans.

I'm from sweden btw, and 2 Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM cost 42$ (for reference, the ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING costs 336 dollars over here)

Zipties work well. NF-A9x14's are low profile and an upgrade from the stock fans but 120mm's make a bigger improvement.

NF-F12's are great: https://www.prisjakt.nu/produkt.php?p=1028057

If you don't mind spending more or prefer the black, the Chromax versions have a shorter cable to make the cable routing cleaner.

You can connect the fans to the graphics card fan header with a vga pwm adapter: https://cdon.se/hemelektronik/phobya-vga-pwm-adapter-p46882280?utm_source=prisjakt&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=Phobya+VGA+PWM+Adapter&utm_content=46882280&utm_campaign=prisjakt_se_Chassifläktar_home-electronics&tduid=abc8cdde6adedb7f418aa15e484ef40a&affId=2097224

I didn't see one here but it would be cleaner if you could fine a vga pwm splitter that had two fan headers so you don't need to plug a splitter to the adapter.

Just buy the new mesh front panel and add an intake-fan. There was a huge 13C difference on gpu-temps in GN review of p400a when they tested it with that choked up front panel. So with a mesh panel you could run fans a lot slower.

I don't think another intake fan would help, but the front panel probably will
