invalid move player packet received - minecraft

idk where to post this so i post it here

i was playing on my RLCraft server and i tried to look at something from spec mode.
when i was in spec mod i right-clicked on a mob just to see his pov and when i clicked shift to exit his fov my game crashed and now every time when im trying to log in it says "invalid move player packet received"
can someone help?
i dont want to delete my player file...

Have you tried contacting the Admins of that server. Sounds like the starting place to get some assistance as they should be able to help (if they are willing is another matter).

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

ive played minecraft and made servers of my own for around 9 - 10 years and this is the first time that i even encountered this error

any ideas on how to fix it beside reseting the player file?
