Hi Guys, I'm quite confused which i should do, like in what order. The question is this, I have just built a brand new Ryzen Desktop and what should i flash first? Should i flash the bios first, mediacreationtool or something else? Can someone give me a order on what i should do?

Parts for desktop
CPU: Amd Ryzen 9 3900x 3.8GHz 12 Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Asus ROG Ryujin 240 RGB AIO 121.8 CFM liquid CPU Cooler
GPU: MSI RTX 2080ti 11GB Gaming X Trio
Motherboard: ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) ATX Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z neo 32 GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo PLUS 1 TB NVME Solid State Drive MZ-V7S1T0B
Storage Cooler: jonsbo m.2 heatsink:
Case: NZXT H510 Elite ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply: S$193.66
Monitor: Asus ROG Strix XG279Q 27.0" 2560x1440 170 Hz Monitor

1. Create bootable Windows 10 drive on another PC

2. Build PC (including Windows install)

3. Flash bios if you are running into trouble (e.g. your memory does not work at full speeds)

4. Install drivers (videocard drivers mainly)

it's helpful to have another PC/laptop to download some driver, create the bootable USB drive, etc.

P.S. keep in mind this motherboard does not have a USB type C/3.2 Gen 2 header on it, meaning the USB type C port on the case will not function. You would either need to get a converter or a different board if you want that USB type C case port to work.
