Quiet, High Airflow, 92mm Fan

The rear fan in my grandma's HP is loud, and I want to replace it with the best airflow/noise ratio. Keep in mind, it'll be spinning anywhere from 25% to 50% of the full speed, and it has to be a 3-pin. Obviously I don't care about color. Any ideas? And cheaper is better, as long as it's not as cheap as the stock one...

I know there is a Fractal one and a Noctua one, just too lazy to look up the SKU.

Pretty sure noctua makes 92mm fans. I know you said cheap, but hey.

As long as it's under $15 USD (closer to $10, though), I think she won't mind.

I did the same thing to the same computer with this fan back and its not loud but has led's on it which may be annoying. Main reason was because it was antec and relatively quiet compared to the coolermaster one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835209004

This gets the silent part, dont know how much airflow you want. A jump in airflow will cost you some silence.

Then it would still try and start then at 25% of whatever voltage they are capable of.
