I was thinking on building a budged pc

which one do you guys think better bang for buck

AMD Athlon 3000G for 55USD

Used Ryzen 3 1200 for 53USD

Used Ryzen 3 1300x for 62USD

Used Ryzen 3 2200g for 78USD

and i would pair that CPU with RX 570 4gb, i could get a used one for 85USD

but, when i was searching online for used stuff in my area i found a used PC with this spec

-VGA RAdeon R7 370 DDR5 2gb

-Mobo (Arsock B360M Pro4 )

- Prosesor Intel platinum gold G5400

3.70GHz

-Ram 4x2 DDR4 V-Gen 3200Mhz.

- Power SUpply 500w 80 plus bronze

with a keyboard, mouse, and 19inc generic benq monitor for 235USD

What do you guys think?

AMD Athlon?

That's a digital dinosaur .

It's an old CPU but it should work fine. However, echoing Aimi's point, we need to know what you want to do.

If it's just general web-browsing, the Athlon may be a good choice.

If you want to game, however... you're better off using higher spec parts.

A turd with an HDMI cable jammed into it is more powerful than a MacBook Air, and up until this year it had a better display, too.

Just general stuff, like browsing and some image editing

but i do game from time to time, i usually just play couch party game

for now i usually just used my PS3 for my gaming

So basically if my game run at 60fps with PS3 level graphic, i will be pretty happy

What sort of a budget are you looking at? Also, if you're going to pair your CPU with discrete graphics, you will likely get more performance with either the 1200 or 1300X. Like was said earlier, PCPartPicker.com is a really good site for putting together and pricing out your build.

It's within the US? Or where do you live?

If you're on a budget the 2nd hand pc isn't that bad, it is upgrade-able with I3 9100F or I5 9400F for example. You might go with the R7 370 for a while, it is about as fast as the rx 560, but no match to the rx 570. You may check the pricing for the I3 9100F/I5 9400F, they are better for gaming and general use than the Athlon/Ryzen you have listed.
