VESA Arm Mount

I want to get a VESA arm mount and have decided between these two on amazon:

What is the difference between the two? I have seen a few reviews for the second one but only one for the first one. Is it really just the company selling at high markup or is there some benefit to the more expensive one?

The more expensive one appears to be larger and taller, and made with more metal parts which would increase the cost.  The cheaper one uses a lot more plastic parts.  Either one should be a decent mount though.
