I'll recommend the one I have because I think they are great, especially the timbre. JVC HA-FX750. I got them in South Korea a few years ago, not sure how easy would be to find them.

Over ears are better in every way to IEM's, so what are you doing that require IEM's?

I just want to hear sound from a different perspective. my next purchases are going to be speakers and then some headphones that are balanced (4-pin balanced XLR).

IMHO, buying IEMs is dicey. Many models come in clunky shapes which never stay in place. It’s not like a pair of headphones which just sit on your head. Diving head first into a $200 seems... brave!

I like the overall design of the Tin T2. Because they’re not humongous and seem easy to use.

If you wanna try larger IEMs and found out how they work for you, then something like a KZ ES4 for $10 might do the trick. They’re pretty amazing for the price. Not the most detailed, but relatively warm with punchy bass.

QKZ CK5 if you like bass a bit more, Otherwise, QKZ VK4 for more of a balanced sound.

CK5 costs between 2-5 euros. And the VK4 costs around 11-12 euros.

Take this advice with salt, The build quality can turn out to be great to dog sh!t.

What type of music do you listen to?

Dont really listen to an specific type. For example some artist are deadmua5, glass animals, suzanne vega, sea wolf, stevie ray vaughan, pink floyd, portishead, lorde, ray Charles, etc. As long as the sound is well record, (makes it feel like a 3D picture)

A great all rounder under a $200 is the ikko oh1. Other iems to consider are the moondrop starfields.

Soundstage is hard to acquire for an iem.

The KEF M100 is probably the most versatile IEM with good soundstage that nobody cares for. They’re cheap if you’re in Canada (from Visions Electronics). Otherwise they’re hard to find and expensive. And the non removable wire is a bummer.
