Docker.exe Win10 Powershell "Access Denied"

Hey,

 

I'm trying to set up a bitwarden server and I'm following this guide:
https://help.bitwarden.com/article/install-on-premise/

 

I successfully installed Docker and I'm now trying to install the bitwarden container (I guess that is what its called).

Powershell is giving me a "accessdenied" error massage.

 

I tried running powershell as an administrator and changed the Windows-User that I'm running this on to an admin.
Hasn't worked tho
