Panel "Re-Film" service for a matte monitor? (Predator X34P)

Hi everyone, so I have a Predator X34P Monitor which I have accidentally made a mild scratch on the Anti-Glare matte panel film during transportation. Of course, when contacting Acer, they only could replace the panel which apparently costs as much as a new monitor. 

 

Is there such a thing as panel re-filming services or etc in which someone can help remove the existing panel film of my X34P and repasting it with a new one?

I've never heard of this personally, I'm sure its possibly, but not sure where you'd find that.
