get really fine tweezers, a good magnifying glass, preferably something that you can wear on your head.. have ample light illuminating the workspace, if you can drink, have a stiff drink, put on some smooth jazz, sitdown comfortably, and just go to work...

1 pin at a time... be patient, go very slow... align the pin from both angles as best as you can, you dont have to be perfect, just enough that the pin is almost straight.

You can do it.. you have the motivation and you will have the bragging rights if you can fix this..... We all are going to be rooting for you.
