Pc won’t post

So I got a new MSI MOBO and a ryzen 7 2700x but I forgot that I have a 120w PSU do u guys think my parts are messed up because the my pc didn’t show any image on my monitor which is no Post or I need a new psu

100% a new psu. A ryzen 7 2700x and a MSI B450 tomahawk max require 175w and thats only those 2 parts, id say you should buy a 500w/550w psu.
