NVIDIA RTX 5000 Graphics Card

Does anyone actually know where I can buy a new one of these guaranteed?  Nvidia's and PNY's authorized sellers all have used cards and don't sell a new one in a new box.  I have had to return two because they were used.

in any case just buying one on newegg should be "new" if it says it is.

Thank you I will look into it.  New egg seems to get a lot of things third party and it isn't in stock so they always makes me nervous.  You'd think a $2300 graphix card would come in a product box or something. 

 

My first card had cool whine out of the box even after Nvidia setup help and I didn't open the second or third as they appeared used as well.  

 

I'm sick of the buy, wait, return loop.
