So i installed nzxt cam and i got a question on what clocks i should run?

I use a zotac 1050ti 4gb https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-DisplayPort-128-bit-ZT-P10510A-10L/dp/B01MCU1ERO

(I just dont wanna damge my gpu

If you want to OC, I'd recommend MSi Afterburner instead.

 

As for this GPU in particular, the cooling is like very bad so don't try to OC it or your thermal throttle.

every GPU is different. Run a stress tess and find out how hot your GPU gets. If you have enough headroom, give it a little more power and a little higher clocks.
But dont expect a miracle. You might get 10% more but, but 10% more from not much performance is still not much performance

I was able to give my GTX1050Ti another 1000mhz on the memory, so you can take big steps there. 

I don't remember GPU but I think I got 150mhz there too. 

 

Like the others said though, each card is different, so you have to slowly go up until it's unstable.
