I think my system is bottlenecking,

Your picture is not loading, so not sure what you want to show us here.

But a picture really doesn't say a 1000 words in the world of tech.

Please do elaborate on:

1. Why do you think you're bottlenecking?

2. Why would RAM fix this?
3. What are your full system specs?

4. What are you doing on your PC?

this looks like userbenchmark, i just wanna drop in my usual statement about userbenchmark:

userbenchmark is great for comparing trends over time, not actual numbers.

in this case, you have a 2133MHz ram kit, running at 1866MHz, which is why it performs below par.

you should adjust this in bios (if your motherboard / cpu allows without instability), but this has nothing to do with userbenchmark results or bottlenecking, its just configuration.
