Do you have a game that has a built in benchmark like siege or tomb raider? If you do find a reviewer that posts the settings used and run the test with the same settings and see what you get.
Your running a high resolution so I wouldn’t expect crazy frame rates with that card. What other games do you play?

14700k

Thermalright frozen prism 360mm aio

B760 Aorus elite ax ddr5

32gb ddr5 G skill s5 6000mhz CL30

2tb wd black gen 4 nvme

2tb Solidigm P41 plus

2tb seagate hdd

Pny 5070ti

Fractal Ion 2+ 860watt platinum

Thermaltake View 380

AW2725DF 1440p 360hz oled

Aoc Q27G3XMN mini led

CSGO is NEVER indicative of actual PC performance.

It's old, doesn't use all resources available, and isn't a stress test for performance monitoring.

Theoretical example for CSGO - Quadcore at 5.4Ghz in CSGO will destroy 8cores at 3.5Ghz (on the same CPU architecture)
It's not multithreaded, and uses little amount of CPU cores, but loves frequency (fast single core performance)

Download some GPU benchmarks, or games that have benchmarks inside (even though they can be bogus too)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
