Weird noise from new GPU

So I got a Sapphire RX 5600XT Pulse yesterday and it emits a weird high pitch sound all the time, both during idle and during load. 

I first thought that this was coil whine. But after looking around on Youtube for this sound I could never find it. Maybe it isn't coil whine?

 

Also. When the card was in the second PCI-E spot yesterday I heard nothing. But when I this morning noticed that I put it in the wrong spot, I switched it. And it was at this time that the noise started to appear. 

I could just change the spot and the sound would go away? Is it worth it?

 

Sometimes it's constant and sometimes it's in invtervals every 0,5 sec. You might want to turn volume up since you hear the fans a lot.

EDIT: The sound is not from the card. But either from the MBD or the CPU.

Now I have a theroy. I believe I did something with the PCI-E port. Is there any way to disable it so it stops making the noise?
