I'm assuming that the IPconfig you've done is from your host computer, and that you're running L3MON in a Debian VM or something. 

So you need to look at what the IP address is of that VM, not your local host IP addresses.

.56.1 looks familiar. If this is inside a VM then the Network Connection is likely traversing NAT which means you won't be able to connect to it without a Network Bridge.

But i could not follow the tutorial anymore becuase of this error i got

For god sake, put the ethernet adapter in Virtualbox in bridge mode.. Problem solved
