Depends on what your case can fit. Triple 120mm or dual 140mm (360mm and 280mm respectively) perform the best, but at that price point a good air cooler like an NH-D15 or Dark Rock (Pro) 4 will beat either. 

But even if that is the best air cooler will depend on what you have room in your case for.
