how to fully clean a PC

i have compressed air and i go over my pc with that but even with that it can't pick up all the dust so i finish it up with a cloth. but what im really struggling with is that dust goes to places i can't reach like under the drive cage whats a good way of getting to it without dismantling my PC

A computer-safe vacuum.

maybe something like a swiffer duster. i use them on my packed SFF watercooled build all the time. great for getting into small places.

Isnt a swiffer working with static to keep the dust seems kinda not the best idea to me i just use a paint brush for the hard to reach spots works great ( a fresh one )

have used, been using and will keep using them.

the static is so low that even if it discharges into the hardware, there is no way you're gonna damage anything. 

I work with sensitive hardware for a living (welding robotics) and PCB's with chips are really not as sensitive as people think.
