The package was already open on the outside "seal" but the inside seal wasn't broken. It was normal.

You said it yourself they were not opened. The outside being torn means nothing. Happens all the time during shipping, stocking, or people grabbing them off the shelf. Hell you couldve done it while taking it out of the shopping bag.

Long as the bag itself isn't open, and the products aren't exposed to the elements. I don't see a problem. Though do express caution, just in case
