Well hello i am currently looking to upgrade my current pc . I will keep my peripherals / monitor / gpu / psu

Parts that are needed are :

A beefy CPU to handle my streaming / gaming on 1080p 144hz

A Cpu Cooler that can handle our enviroment (100F / 38C)

Motherboard that doesnt suck but isnt too much hype

1x SSD for storage 1x SSD really fast one for a few games / windows

Ram

And now the trickiest part of all is the case. I dont really mind Design , RGB (yep i dont care about rgb i said it ) . I am only interested in cooling / noise perfomance

Budget 1300-1600 euros

RTX 2080 and an 850w corsair psu

If you have that much money get a 3950x and a nice mobo, like the MSI MEG ACE, 32 GB of Trident Z 3600 mhz, lian li pc o11 dynamic, and like a nzxt x72, and a NVME PCI 4.0 drive, like a sabrent rocket (or two), and yeah a 2 tb hard drive. Lil' bit over budget, but you can just get a 3900x insted.

also got a question . since i will be building it in the next 3-4 weeks ,is it eventually worth it to wait for the new cpus that are coming out? (no idea when they will so its a gamble)

Probably. This summer new gpus and CPUS will come out, AMD might come up with faster chips (higher clocks) and lower prices, and a new ray tracing GPU, while Nvidia will give us (probably) the 3000 series, which should have a good boost (predicted to be larger than the 1000 to 2000 series), but only if you don't mind waiting around 6-8 months longer. Being quite frank, Intel won't match AMD's performance (even in games) if  AMD just raises their clocks a bit.

? wdym. AMD always lanuches their chips in the summer-ish, and they come out usually before the end of it, but demand is pretty high usually, and it might take a while for you to get it.

There are rumors, but IDK. Probably 12 hours before AMD launches their 4th gen, like they did with threadripper and the 10980xe- I wonder why... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuaiqcjf0bs. But anyways- the 10900k or whatever should have 10 cores and 20 threads, and be... pretty much the 9900k with 2 extra cores.
