It's on Origin, so I guess it's global.

 

Too bad Origin allows only credit cards and american bank payments... Can't pay with PaySafeCards (F*** you, EA)

I guess. i mean you get an extra DLC with and some battle packs. The dlc alone is like 15$. So I tink its worth getting the premium at a discount. :D

I wouldn't recommend it... It's a smashingly fun game, but your liable to get an overwhelming amount of unreparable bugs on a non-refundable game sold by EA, nominee for worst company of the year as well as a former winner of this title...
