When I first built my loop I used some really cheap coolant that has partially evaporated, due to the set up of my loop this results in an excessive amount of air bubbles.

So my question is will it be okay to fill up the extra little bit with bottled water until I can get some distilled water.

I would just spend the few dollars and get distilled water from somewhere.

you just need it to not have electrolytes as those will slowly corrode the metals on your blocks

What if its only in there for a week or so

You can just make distilled water at home. I think you can make it at home but if it isnt correctly made then that would not be so good...

should be a closed loop, so there isn't any evaporation. more than likely more air

has been displaced with coolant. use only distilled water or pre-mix. using tap,

bottled or premium drinking water had impurities that when heated and activated

can cause some pretty ugly growths with in a closed and heated environment.

either de-ionized or distilled is acceptable. if too low to operate the system safely,

then distill your own: http://www.distilleddeionizedwater.com/deionized-water-vs-distilled-water/

currently stuck under 2ft of snow

how much did the water level go down?  is it in danger of sucking in air or is there still a decent amount of water above the fitting that goes to the pump?  If you're not in danger of sucking air into your pump just wait for the snow to melt and get more fluid
