Is 90 Fov The Same For 1080p And 720p?

Is 90 FOV the same for games running at 1080p and 720p. If not how can I compensate at 720p?

Yes the resolution doesn't make a difference for FOV.

In Counterstrike it locks FOV to what resolution your in.

EDIT: Dw I was wrong here. Shouldn't be a difference, just if you're running a 1080p monitor you'd be better off running games at 1080p, because on 720p the pixels will be streched.
