Help computer freezes and studders in all games.

For a few months I have gotten freezing and studdering mid gameplay. I have also noticed I can't post my computer using my 1st ram slot. Maybe a motherboard issue or a CPU issue? My temps always stay below 60C. I am so confused maybe someone can help me narrow my search.

GPU: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Edition 

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU 3.40GHz 

Memory: 8 GB 

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

Motherboard: ASRock Z270 Killer SLI/ac

Make a new topic with all specs included. Give many details as you can.
