Ryzen 7 60c idle

What do you use to monitor it?  I get consistent 32-35C with Ryzen Master when nothing else is running but everything else bounces between 30-50C on a custom water loop.

AMD 7950x3D / Gigabyte Aurous Master X670E/ 64GB @ 6000c30 / 3 x 4TB Samsung 990 Pro / 44TB Synology 1522+ / MSI Gaming Trio 4090 / EVGA G6 1000w /Thermaltake View71 / LG C1 48in OLED + MSI 321URX - Moved back to air cooling Phantom Spirit 120 SE.  Server (PLEX) - 155H NUC 64GB  and 60GB Optane drive/ Server (AI) 64GB M4 Max Mac Studio

It could be staying at its highest boost/voltage bin.

 

Can you use/compare the power profile settings to enable minimum CPU power on idle,..lower idle clockspeeds/voltage required?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Change your Windows power plan to balance, and any Ryzen Master power plan from performance to something else so it downclocks when idle
