Hello guys!

So i want to make a streaming/gaming PC on a extreme budget because i'm a student and stuff considering i only stream and play games on my android phone all this time and i'm thinking too upgrade a little

This is part of the list

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G

MB: ASRock A320M-HDV

RAM: GSkill Sniper DDR4 16GB (2x8)

PSU: Seasonic S12III 500w

GPU: Powercolor RX 570 Red Dragon 4GB

Case: whatever abomination they call cheapest case

I already have a 1TB Harddisk and 500gb Samsung SSD, and i only streaming some basic games like Minecraft, CSGO, R6, Apex Legends, whatever horror game that i think interesting

Please know that i do work and have a saving in my own, but my payment from work mostly i use for paying rent and i almost give half of it to my parents so i only have a little bit of money on me and if i'm to be honest the GPU is killing me right now with its price but i don't know any other alternative

Please put some of your input!

Don't buy the Ryzen with an iGPU, if you have a discrete GPU. You're just wasting money there, since you won't be using the iGPU anyways. Buy e.g. a Ryzen 5 1600AF -- the 1600AF is the same thing as 2600, just with a tad lower clocks, and will give a lot better performance than the Ryzen 3 2200G.

Hand, n. A singular instrument worn at the end of the human arm and commonly thrust into somebody’s pocket.

Are you buying a used graphics card? If not, it makes for much better value.

My advice, get the cheapest B450 board instead of an A320 board, a Ryzen 3 1200, and a better PSU. It'll give you better upfront value and a better upgrade path.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I'd certainly shop for used parts if your budget is tight...just food for thought.

It's pretty hard searching for used part here, but i'll try buying ones

How does the price of a GTX 1060 3GB compare?

If you're aiming to stream, you should go for a nvidia gpu like the 1650 super instead, which has a nicer encoder that'll offload all of the stream load into the gpu instead of the cpu (don't get the regular 1650 though, it has an older nvenc engine).

FX6300 @ 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 | Hyper 212x | 3x 8GB + 1x 4GB @ 1600MHz | Gigabyte 2060 Super | Corsair CX650M | LG 43UK6520PSA
ASUS X550LN | i5 4210u | 12GB
Lenovo N23 Yoga
